Ms Anne Li is a policy researcher at Our Hong Kong Foundation with expertise in areas including science and technology innovation in Hong Kong, gerontechnology and development of the Greater Bay Area. Anne has published multiple research reports and papers that inform the role of Hong Kong in development of science and technology innovation, digital infrastructure, fintech development in the Greater Bay Area, etc. Ms Li holds a B.A. Degree in International Political Economy and a B.A. Degree in History from Peking University.

Ms Anne Li
As an Executive Director of the MIT Hong Kong Innovation Node, Dr Charleston Sin leads the effort to organize, champion, and advocate for innovation in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area. He is a 25-year veteran of the information technology and telecommunications industry.
Prior to joining MIT, Dr Sin held executive positions in Research & Development, Product Management, and Sales & Marketing at VMware, Cisco Systems, and Nortel Networks in United States, Canada, Asia Pacific, and Greater China.
Charleston received his PhD in Management Sciences at The University of Waterloo. Currently, he is a member of the board of director of Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company.

Dr Charleston Sin
Dr Wong is currently a specialist in geriatric medicine in private clinical practice. He is a key health IT advocate and founded the Hong Kong Society of Medical Informatics in 1986, eHealth Consortium in 2006 and HL7 Hong Kong in 2009. His main interests are in Hospital Information Systems, Clinician Engagement, Capacity Building, Integrated Healthcare, Telegeriatrics, Prediction Models in Elderly Care and Call Center Services. Dr Wong was Past President of the Asia Pacific Association for Medical Informatics and Regional Vice-President of the International Medical Informatics Association. He is also a member of the Editorial Board of several electronic medical academic journals.

Before joining Pixel, Mr Argon Ho was the Vice President of Strategic Sales of SAP HK, the General Manager for Cisco Hong Kong & Macau, and the sales management for Nortel and Newbridge. With over 25 years of experience in the technology industry, Mr. Ho is dedicated to contributing his expertise to the community. He actively participates in multiple NGOs and industry associations, including Golden Age Foundation, Institute of Big Data Governance, LSCM, VTC and more.
