Background:

  • Encourage students to attempt design thinking on devising several prototype scheme for the community and specific communities so that the students can experience and practice social innovation.

  • Broaden the students' horizons and increase their awareness of social innovation and social enterprise

Objective:

  • Deepen students' understanding of the needs of the community and their characteristics

  • Encourage students to discover specific community needs

  • Students can have an experience on solving problems for specific communities by creativity

  • Broaden students' horizons, cultivate empathy and practical ability

 

Activity Content:

  • Design different prototypes for specific community issues

  • Understand more about social enterprises and share workplaces
