12.12 Golden Age Day
“12.12 Golden Age Day” － Golden Age. Smart Living
The "12.12 Golden Age Day", debuted in 2016, is being held to raise public awareness of the Golden Age movement in which Golden Agers (people aged 45 and above) are empowered to disseminate more social impact via different roles. They will eventually become change makers who will help build Hong Kong into a Smart Ageing City.
The “Golden Age Fellows Programme” provides selected Golden Agers with an in depth understanding of social innovation and social issues through lectures, experiential learning, discussions, community engagements etc., turning their passion and innovative ideas into feasible plans for social good. Their passion, dedication and innovative initiatives will influence their peers eventually, and build a community of change makers in the long run.
